tods awesome!

Well i have been working with the foxfires alot this past month. I actually got to go visit them at their training camp about 45 mins away. Its called eloam... or something like that...

it was in the middle of the "bush" meaning it was in the middle of no where. There was lots of farm lands and the skies were amazing! There was nothing for miles and it was awesome. Think imma have to live on a farm when i am older cuz it is amazing to just bask in the sun and have no buildings around. ha

The foxfires have really intense trainings. They do alot ofskits that help them bring the message to life. They go into the townships and schools that allow them and put on these dramas to get to the youth in a relivent way. I think it is pretty neat. They work so hard at them and put alot of energry into making them work.

This is ryno. He is a fellow intern with me. When i first God here i introduced him to alot of american movies which he likes very much. He also got to come to the foxfires camp with me so that was fun to have someone else put input into the foxfires training.

Cole was hanging out with me in my office when a herd of monkeys came running through. Cole was a bit scared but i assured him that no monkeys could get by the "wildcat"! so he was assured. :)

sadly...cole gets bullied at work. everyone wants a piece of cole!

Find the duck on my desk....My other fellow intern oliver constantly takes Cole and puts him in different places...

I am not sure..but from talking to cole..i think he is a bit afriad of heights...

We had a long talk after this incident.

ok so funny story. We always go to mugg and bean at the mall. I always get the same person to serve me and now i have a usually. roobios tea! haha but you cannot resist because they bring you out a tea set!! its is sooooooo coool! when do you go to a starbucks and they bring you out a full on tea set to drink tea? NEVERRRRR. so i may be lame and get the same thing.. but i would not have it any other way. :)

ok.. so again. we went up to the waterfall. But this time we climbed up the last one. And this is the best picture out of a billion that we took. ha

We finally got to the top even after i ate it majorly at the top.

Well... hope you all enjoy! Still living it up for you all!

this time for africa

so this past weekend i joined the apu students to go to the birds of prey sanctuary.. you know the place where we all got super sun burnt? yeah... the birds are still alive and kicking. the view was still amazing beyond all words.... i cannot believe how clear and beautiful it is here. i could look at the sky all day..oh and the birds too :)

i sometimes close my eyes and open them and expect to be back at home...but i am not. i am here.. and even if it has its up and downs... i love it.

We also went on the tour of pmb... which was good again to go on because i forgot so much of the area . after we went to the top of the world place. the lookout of all PMB. and because i hang out with the girls of andrew murry.. they adopted me into their chalet picture. so this is some of the cool people i live with..well.. their butts. but its was still just an amazing day. blue skies and some of my favorite clouds were out :)

some more waterfall adventures. Jessie and I decided to lead an expedition out to the waterfalls with a whole bunch of girls! haha non the less it was really fun. there were times when i was a bit nervous but it turned out to be such a good experience for some of them and my relationship with the students. This hike is no hike to the A...its like a hike up death. ha jk..its just really muddy and wet and sticky..but worth the effort. :)

All these girls are amazing! and i love getting to know all the apu students... i feel like i get to help them explore an amazing place here at ae and just talk to them about my experience before..and now with them. well that is all for now!

waka waka!!!!

:)
